Best character match for working with Mariposa Naturescapes – passionate about stewarding the environment, responsible, honest, efficient, good problem solver and communicator, punctual, and a team player. Expected that you have your own tools to complete each job and transportation to/from each job. We strive to carpool to job sites when it makes sense. Contractors for each project are determined by: interest/skill match, gardeners closest to site (to have less environmental impact), and quickest communicators with me.

Pay Range: $15/hr. - $20/hr., to be paid in a lump sum upon completion of each contracted landscaping job. Pay rate depends upon level of experience and education.

Contractor Process: Send your resume and 2 gardening-related references to Kimberly Leeper, owner. Contractors with appropriate skills and experience will be called to set up an interview. During the interview, an information sheet is reviewed; business policy/philosophy is shared; and Contractor system reviewed. If there's a good match, references are checked. Then, if all goes well with references, you'll be put on MARIPOSA NATURESCAPES' Contractor List – to be contacted when appropriate projects arise.
